AO: File Storage

Adds simple file upload capabilities to lethal.landing!
Files are publicly available and can be deleted/uploaded by administrators.

Possible use cases would be hosting images for your logos or RUST maps for example.

There’s no limitations on what files you can upload, however it is not recommended to upload files that are executable by the server!There are no file size limitations, however: vhost config and php.ini settings apply, change them over there…
