1. Digital goods & custom services

Digital goods & services that are custom made for you or are downloadable are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

2. Hosting services

Hosting services are eligible for a refund for 7 days after the purchase has been made. This policy does not apply to to hosting services that are purchased as an add-on for digital goods or custom services.

Why can we not refund digital goods

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, as of that digital goods are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
